I often get a kind of blue feeling during sunday afternoon where it suddenly occurs to me that tomorrow is monday. *Sigh*. Do you know that feeling? The Sunday Blues also hit me today so I spent most of the day on the couch watching Netflix.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausages, half an avocado, cucumber, apple, blueberries, and coffee with almond milk.
Lunch: Left-over meat patty, fried egg, bell pepper, and some black olives.
Dinner: Asian inspired wok with tiger shrimps, onions, garlic, ginger, chili, pointed cabbage, carrots, coconut milk, and cashew nuts.
How did it go?
It was nice to do nothing all day and just watch TV and prep a little. We made a meal plan for the next four days and shopped for food. Prepping does make it easier. But I still feel kind of blue today, so I just crawled into bed early and hope my mood and energy levels will be better tomorrow.
